Day 1: Fly to Warsaw

Fly to Warsaw. Transfer to the hotel and check in for an overnight stay. Attend a welcome dinner. (D)

Day 2: Warsaw to Gdansk

Half day tour of Warsaw including the Royal Route, Royal Castle Square and the Old Town Market Square. In the afternoon travel to Gdansk. Check into the hotel for 2 nights. (B)

Day 3: Gdansk and Sopot

Embark on a sightseeing tour of Gdansk including Dluga Street, Neptune Fountain and Oliva Cathedral and enjoy a special concert played on the magnificent Rococo organ. In the afternoon, visit Sopot—Baltic SPA and take a walk along its long pier. Overnight in Gdansk. (B)

Day 4: Torun

Morning departure for Torun, with a visit en route to the Teutonic Knights’ Castle in Malbork and the town of Torun, birthplace of the famous astronomer Nicolas Copernicus. Check into the hotel for an overnight stay. (B)

Day 5: Torun to Wroclaw

Continue to Wroclaw and tour the Old Town including Ostrow Tumski and Wroclaw Old University. Check into the hotel for an overnight stay. (B)

Day 6: Wroclaw to Krakow via Czestochowa

This morning drive to Czestochowa, the spiritual heart of Poland. Visit Jasna Gora Monastery, home to the miraculous ‘Black Madonna’. In the afternoon visit Auschwitz, before continuing to Krakow. Check into the hotel for 2 nights. (B)

Day 7: Krakow

Morning sightseeing tour of Krakow including Royal Wawel Hill, the Royal Cathedral and the Old Town. In the afternoon visit the world-famous Wieliczka Salt Mines. (B)

Day 8: Fly to UK

Morning at leisure before the transfer to airport for the flight back to UK. (B)
