Q. How are you able to offer savings on operator prices?

A. Because of the volume of business we do with various operators, we get extra earnings & we’re happy to pass some of this to you, in the form of savings or rewards!

Q. Do I get the same holiday?

A. Your contract for travel will be with your chosen tour operator & your holiday will be exactly the same. We’ll send you the operator’s confirmation straight away, showing your booking reference number & all your other travel details.

Q. How do I know my money is safe?

A. ABTA: We’ve been members of ABTA for over 35 years. This is your guarantee of our service & financial security. ABTA is regarded as the ‘gold standard’ for consumer protection in the travel industry. Here is a link to link to ABTA, so you can check our ABTA number - 82689. ABTA

Departures are usually based on London, please ask for other airports. Prices are as advised to us, at time of issue. Holiday prices are fluid and dynamic and may be changed at a moment's notice, prior to booking, at which point they are confirmed. Because of currency fluctuations, there is the possibility of surcharges, prior to departure, please check the situation when booking & refer to tour operators' Booking Conditions. Prices may go up or down until confirmed. Errors and Omissions Excepted. Operators may apply other supplements. Please ask for details. Prices Correct at time of writing. 
Our preferred, secure payment method is Bank Transfer, please ask for our Bank details. Please quote our reference number. Other preferred methods are Debit Cards, Cheques, or cash paid into the above-detailed account.  We regret that we are unable to accept balance payments by Credit Card, apart from Business, or Commercial Credit Cards, which carry a 2% charge.
Please remember that all funds are protected by our 33-year ABTA Membership (No. 82689) & the ATOL licence of your Tour Operator, where appropriate.

COMPLAINTS:
Because the contract(s) for your travel arrangements is between you and the principal(s) or supplier(s), any queries or concerns relating to the travel arrangements should be addressed to them. If you have a problem whilst on holiday, this must be reported to the principal/supplier or their local supplier or agent immediately. If you fail to follow this procedure there will be less opportunity to investigate and rectify your complaint. The amount of compensation you may be entitled to may be reduced or you may not receive any at all depending upon the circumstances. If you wish to complain when you return home, write to the principal/supplier. You will see the name and address plus contact details in any confirmation documents we send you. We will of course assist you with this if you wish - please contact Customer Services. If the matter cannot be resolved and it involves us or another ABTA Member then you have the option to use ABTA’s ADR scheme, approved by the Chartered Trading Standards Institute, see www.abta.com. You can also access the European Commission Online Dispute (ODR) Resolution platform at http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/. This ODR platform is a means of notifying us of your complaint; it will not determine how your complaint should be resolved.
