We are working with a limited number of staff, who will be responding to enquiries in order of priority, usually by departure date proximity. Will you help us by emailing rather than calling, please? – Often we have to refer to your tour operator for information & so we are unable to give an instant response. As you may have seen from some of our recent TrustPilot reviews, our staff are working so hard to re-book clients for later dates, or obtain refunds in other cases.
