As you are aware, the current situation we are facing is unprecedented, with necessary global travel restrictions in place, to contain the spread of COVID-19.
All holidays due to depart up until at least 31st May 2020 have been cancelled.
Our top priority is to ensure the safety and well-being of our customers & staff. Due to the constantly evolving travel situations caused by the COVID-19 outbreak & the number of bookings that are affected, we are prioritising our customers who are currently on holiday & those due to travel imminently.
We also have staff shortages, due to self-isolation, etc. & remaining staff are under great pressure. To enable us to work through all of your bookings, please may we ask that you contact us only when essential & then preferably by email? We are currently working through affected bookings in departure date order. All customer monies are safe & protected by ABTA & ATOL bonding.
We are bound by our partner operators’ policies & terms & conditions & we are awaiting information from them as to how to proceed. Please do be patient & wait for us to contact you, with regards to discussing your next options.
