Peisey-Vallandry is situated in the Les Arcs region of the French Alps, renowned for its unlimited lines of off-piste skiing and its double-decker cable car, the Vanoise Express, that links the resorts of Les Arcs and La Plagne; it is at the very heart of the Paradiski Ski area, totally 425km of pistes. In good snow conditions, the perfect combination of red and blue runs is just above Arc 1800 down towards the pretty villages of Peisey and Vallandry. Peisey-Vallandry has beautiful, tree-lined slopes perfect for fast cruising, with many runs above 2000 metres high. Half of the chalets dotted around the Peisey-Vallandry area are ski in/ski out, with the rest within 50m-150m of the slopes.
