• Day 1: Tilbury
  • Embark Spirit of Discovery. Depart 1800.
• Day 2: Spend the day at sea.
• Day 3: Scrabster, Scotland
  • Arrive 0900. Depart 1800.
  • Located on Scotland’s wild north coast, Scrabster is a fishing harbour town, well-placed for escaping to the rugged scenery of the Highlands.
    • Optional excursions
    • The well-known village of John O’Groats is within easy reach of Scrabster and can be explored on an optional excursion.
• Day 4: Lerwick, Shetland Islands
  • Arrive 0800. Depart 1700.
  • Fringed by unspoilt beaches, with a unique array of wildlife and a dramatic Viking past, the Shetland archipelago is made up of over 100 islands scattered in the North Sea.
    • Included sightseeing excursion
    • Explore rural Shetland on an included sightseeing tour, visiting the white sands of Rerwick Beach and pausing to take in the view of Mousa Island and its 2,000 year-old Iron Age Broch.

• Day 5: Invergordon, Scotland

  • From Invergordon lie some of Scotland’s best-known sights, including Urquhart Castle, a medieval stronghold once claimed by Robert the Bruce which stands on the banks of Loch Ness.

    • An included sightseeing tour will reveal the highlights of Invergordon and take you on a scenic drive through the Scottish Highlands.
