Within the Spanish Pyrenees is one of Spain's most exclusive resorts and popular with the Spanish Royal Family, Baqueira Beret has excellent snow reliability and many pistes for you to take advantage of. The resort is divided up into three areas - Baqueira (1500m), Beret (1850m) and Bonaigua (2070m) and boasts numerous runs perfect for beginner and intermediate skiers. There are also many nursery slopes, easily accessible by chairlifts so you can train hard in the very best conditions.
Baquiera has 120kms of well-manicured slopes stretching over three sectors. The dedicated beginners' area helps your progress quickly whilst intermediates and advanced can discover miles of fresh powder and endless freeride areas. Stopping for lunch is as important as the skiing here and a relaxing feast at Restaurant 1800 and bubbly at the Moet bar is a must. Nightlife is low key but if you enjoy relaxing and unwinding with great food, fine wines and traditional hospitality then you will love Baqueria Beret.
Snowboarders can train in Beret's terrain-park, whilst bikers can ride through the low valleys; temperatures can drop to as low as -8c in the winter and reach 30c in the summer, so visitors can be sure to enjoy the best of both seasons.
