Situated in the heart of a stunning mountain and at an altitude of 500 metres (1,640 ft), you will feel right in the middle of nature. You should also be able to observe various species of wild animals.

Yabuli Ski Resort is located about 200 kilometres from Harbin. It is the largest ski resort in China and boasts 23 sq km of mountainous terrain. The resort sits at an altitude of 500 metres (1,640 ft), fringed by pine forests. The Club Med Yabuli ski domain has 35 km (20 miles) of ski runs, providing great skiing for all levels of skill. Apres ski, you can enjoy free-flowing drinks in the bar, gourmet food, a spa, flying trapeze, the Canadian hot tub and karaoke.
When you leave your skis behind, you will find lots of off-piste activities including ice skating, tobogganing, tubing and snowmobiling. Fantasy Water Park is the largest waterpark in China and is the perfect day put for families. At Club Med Yabuli, children's clubs are available from the 2 years old to 17 years old in dedicated age groups with activities and lessons in skiing which are dedicated to their age group. From playing the snow garden, learning to cook in the kid's restaurant or learning to ski or snowboard, your children will be well looked after and entertained.
Yabuli is located in the North of China and has an average temperature of -10 degrees in the winter which keeps the snow until spring. There is ample snow in this region during the winter, with an average of 100cm a season. However, in dry conditions, there are 8 snow cannons across the resort to ensure good snow conditions on piste.
Yabuli's ski area is on the Yabuli Sun Mountain which is part of the Changbai Mountain Range. The resort has 500m beginner slopes, 5km cross-country trails and 9 intermediate-advanced slopes. The resort also boasts the longest piste int he whole of Asia which is 3km long with a vertical drop of 805m.

How does the ski tuition work?
You will receive 5 days of group lessons. The children's tuition will be separate from the adult's tuition. Ages from 4 years old. Private lessons are at extra cost.
What non-ski activities are there at the resort?
For non-skiers, you can spend your day trying your hand at new activities such as:
Flying trapeze with circus activities, after some initial exercises on the ground, and demonstrations. From 4 years old with the Mini Club Med as a discovery activity or as a regular activity with Mini Club Med from 6 years old. Group lessons with adults start from 11 years old.
Bungee Trampoline, include Circus-type activity: a cross between trampoline and bungy jumping. You're attached by the waist with a harness and two elastic ropes, each of which is attached to a post. Age Starting from 4 years.
Nordic Walking, discover the mountains with Nordic Walking, an excellent work out as you meander through the snow with walking poles. Age Starting from 12 years.

Club Med’s policy regarding food allergies is for Guests to ask to speak with a Head Chef or a Restaurant Manager upon arrival to our Resorts to discuss the food allergy or intolerance. Although the Head Chef can walk through the buffet and indicate what can be eaten based on the specific allergy or intolerance, there is always the potential for cross-contact by other Guests since these are self-serve buffets.

How do I get to the resort and what is the transfer time?
Flights go from London Heathrow to Beijing and then onto Harbin. You will be picked up by transfer at Harbin and driven to Club Med Yabuli. The transfer time 3 and a half hours by bus (around 260 km). Alternatively, you can go to Yabuli train station which is only 10 minutes from the resort. Club Med can pick you up from the train station.
