At every Club Med Ski resort, you can find an in-resort ski rental store where you can rent equipment for your holiday, saving you the worry of having to pay extra for your equipment on the plane. In the store, you can rent new equipment for the duration of your stay or you can have your equipment serviced. When you book your holiday with Travel Club Elite you can ask to rent your ski equipment in advance so as soon as you arrive in the resort, you have what you need to hit the slopes!
Charges in the hotel will be higher, so we recommend you book Club Med ski equipment in advance.

Club Med Baby Welcome
Personal welcome, baby-care material available in your room and/or in the baby feeding and equipment room (cot, changing mat, baby bath, high chair on request, bottle-warmer), sweet and savoury baby foods, baby corner equipped to prepare babies' meals, high chairs and/or booster cushions in the restaurant. Spare pushchairs are also available if required.
This Baby corner, located in the main restaurant, has savoury and sweet baby foods and all the equipment necessary for preparing babies' meals.
From 4 years old, participants learn to ski, with circuits around figurines and under hoops; they learn to use the ski tow and snow belt.
The Pyjamas Club® leaves parents free to organise their evening as they wish. This group babysitting service run by experienced G.O®s in a dedicated area provides all the necessary comforts (beds, daybeds, video area, etc).

How does the ski tuition work?
You will receive 5 days of group lessons. The children's tuition will be separate from the adult's tuition. Ages from 4 years old. Private lessons are at extra cost.
What non-ski activities are there at the resort?
You can try your hand at new skills and activities with these included sports:

Club Med’s policy regarding food allergies is for Guests to ask to speak with a Head Chef or a Restaurant Manager upon arrival to our Resorts to discuss the food allergy or intolerance. Although the Head Chef can walk through the buffet and indicate what can be eaten based on the specific allergy or intolerance, there is always the potential for cross-contact by other Guests since these are self-serve buffets.

How do I get to the resort and what is the transfer time?
Your flight will take you from London Heathrow to Airport Obihiro with connecting flights. From Airport Obihiro you will be picked up by a Club Med transfer and driven to the resort. The transfer takes 1 hour and 15 minutes.
