Club Med Holidays are great value with all costs covered in the transparent price. However, you may still have a few questions. 

What’s included in Club Med?

Drinks and Snacks included

The drinks of your choice throughout the day and the evening: beers, wines, water, aperitifs, fizzy drinks and fruit juices, hot drinks, local and international brand spirits, alcoholic or non-alcoholic cocktails. Champagne and VSOP spirits are available at an extra charge. Drinks served by the glass and at the bar only: bottles and cans are available in automatic vending machines or in the Boutique (at extra charge). Subject to availability.

Tasty snacks to fill you up: extended breakfast, late lunch, afternoon snack, aperitif appetizers. Club Med Snacking includes different sweet and savoury snacks such as salads, fruit, dairy products, cookies, pizzas, hamburgers, hot dogs, savoury flans, nachos, tapas. Please note that types of snacks will vary from one resort to another.

Meals
All your meals during your stay will be accommodated in one of their restaurants. At all meals, 3 types of the menu are proposed: a discovery menu, a fitness menu and a universal menu.

What will Club Med do if I have a food allergy?
Club Med is committed to offering a wide range of culinary options to its G.Ms that require special dietary assistance.

Sports
You can choose from a range of sports that will be taught at 3 levels, depending on the resorts and taught by dedicated and qualified G.Os, on land, on sea, in the air or under the water.
For the ski resorts, lessons and a ski lift pass will be included. 

For Family Resorts
The supervision of your children, from 4 years old, at Mini Club Med and from 11 years old at the Club Med Passworld. 

Entertainment
Throughout the day, events are organised based on themes like sport, music or even the culture of the country. Performers and top-level sports players sometimes come and share their experience with you.

Flights & transfers
Flights and direct transfers between the airport and the resorts (for the flight + stay formulas only).

Additional services
Access, depending on the resorts, for additional services*: sports courses*, fitness treatments* or even supervision of the youngest children from 4 months* or from 2 years old*

Access to many services are available (depending on the resorts) such as Club Med boutiques*, internet kiosk*, massages*, Discovery area*, dry cleaners*, laundry*and green fees are bookable at reception.

How is the Club Med Transport Organised?

This question is dependent upon the package that you booked. With a package that includes flights and transfers, one of our travel advisors will assist you with booking a flight that is included in your price package.
If your resort is not near an airport or you did not buy a flight inclusive package, call 0808 258 4754 to speak to one of our advisors and we can help you to organise your transfers and travel to your resort. 

You can check your baggage allowance on your ticket. 
In the station or most airports, a Club Med rep is available to inform and help you. For some destinations served by train, Club Med hostesses accompany you to make sure your journey goes smoothly.
Transfers to and from the Resort are included in the Air Package. 

Which airlines do Club Med work with?

Club Med works with a wide range of excellent, well-respected airlines, both scheduled and charter services.  These companies are authorised to serve national territories by the relevant civil aviation authorities.

Can Club Med upgrade us and do they allow stopovers?

Club Med would be happy to arrange your itinerary with flights and the duration of stay tailored to your requirements. Club Med offers good negotiated rates in Premium Economy, Business and First Class cabins to most of their destinations. They can arrange an upgrade for you at extra cost. If you wish to visit a city on the way to and/or from the resort, they can arrange stopovers. 

What are the Club Med Kids Activities like?

Your children can choose to join in with fun activities organised and supervised by the Club Med G.O®s (Gentil Organisateurs). Friendly, outgoing, fun and care-orientated, the G.Os put your child’s needs at the forefront of their minds. At the same time, all the children stay close to their parents and are free to see them whenever they want during the day. The G.Os are responsible for the children within the opening times of Baby Club Med*, Petit Club Med* or Mini Club Med. As long as the parents or guardian have filled in the presence register, where next to their signature they must specify what time they are leaving their child, what time they will pick her/him up and where they can be contacted.

Baby Club Med* and the Petit Club Med*
This registration also serves as a communication tool. Thanks to the booklet, the parents or guardian can find out about the meals, nappies, sleep and more for their child. 

For Mini Club Med
When the register has been signed on arriving, the G.O® give the child of 4 to 7 years old a bracelet clearly indicating they belong to Mini Club Med. The G.O are only in charge of the child during the activities organised for them and offered on an as-you-please basis and are in no way supervised constantly. Club Med is doing its best to put safety measures in place to protect everyone. Nevertheless, they ask you to keep a permanent eye on your children when they are not doing a supervised activity and are, in particular, around the swimming pool, even if monitored, or on the beach.

Do you have to join in with the proposed activities?
In our Resorts, freedom and respect for others take precedence over everything.
You are therefore 100% free to take part or not in the different activities and events organised by the G.O.s.

Where are Club Med Resorts located?

Club Med operate operates over 70 resorts in Europe, Africa and Middle East, North America, Mexico, the Caribbean, South America, Asia, Indian Ocean and Pacific Ocean.

Do you tip at Club Med?

Tipping is not generally part of the Club Med experience.

Does Club Med include ski hire?

While equipment hire is not included, ski gear and snowboard gear from the best brands and for all levels are available for you to hire.

Is Club Med good for single travellers?

Yes, Club Med offers plenty of resorts for adults only & solo travellers. We recommend Turkoise, Columbus Isle or Arcs Extreme.
