Neilson Cristallo Hotel is situated opposite the children’s ski area, overlooked by the Cristallo Hotel’s bar and terrace area.

Neilson Falkensteiner Hotel Cristallo Accommodation
The hotel’s location could not be better, literally on the slopes, next to an express chairlift, the ski school meeting point and nursery slopes and opposite the children’s ski area which can be viewed by parents from the hotel’s bar and terrace area.
It’s not just the fantastic location that makes this hotel so appealing, the property boasts a huge array of facilities for adults and children of all ages. Children will love the family-only indoor pool, slide and spa area, plus the games room, play area and daily activities supervised by hotel nannies. Meanwhile, parents can make the most of the superb ‘Acquapura Spa’ area or enjoy one of the many beauty or massage treatments on offer.

Important notes:
The Acquapura pool area is reserved for adults and children over 16yrs after 3pm. The sauna area is for adults andchildren over 16 years only. Please note, the sauna area is a naked zone so wear a towel instead of your swimming costume. We recommend you pre-book spa treatments well in advance on arrival to avoid disappointment.

STANDARD ROOMS (2-4 people):
‘Classic’ standard rooms (25m²) are located in a separate wing, connected to the main building and have been partly refurbished. With dark wood interiors, they have Austrian twin beds and a sofa that converts into two bunk beds (suitable for one adult or two children), satellite TV, radio, telephone, fridge, hairdryer, bathrobes, bath or shower, wc, and balcony or terrace. Sole use of this room available at a supplement and on request. There's no lift access to these rooms.
SUPERIOR ROOMS (2-3 people):
'Royal’ rooms (20m²), have been fully refurbished. They have light wood interiors, Austrian twin beds and can take an extra bed (for a child only) with bath or shower and wc.

JUNIOR SUITES (2-4 people):
Suites (30m²), with an Austrian twinbedroom and a separate living area with a pull-out sofa or sofa that converts into two bunk beds or a separate bunk room (suitable for one adult or two children) with bath or showerand wc at a supplement and on request.
FAMILY SUITES (2-5 people):
Spacious suites (approx. 40m²), finished to a high standard with Austrian twin bedroom connecting to bunk room, a sitting area with a double sofa bed, satellite TV, radio, telephone, fridge, safe, hairdryer, bathrobes, bathroom with bath or shower, wc and balcony. Suites sleep maximum of 3 adults and 2 children or 2 adults and 3 children.
2 FLOOR MAISONETTES (2-5 people):
2 floor rooms (80m²), with a master Austrian twinbedroom an additional Austrian twinbedroom and a double sofa bed in the lounge area, with bath or shower & wc at a supplement and on request.
