Garden Beach Resort / Garden Beach Hotel
The Garden Beach Hotel is situated on the stunning white sand beach of Cala Sinzias, just 40 minutes from Cagliari airport and 3kms south of the small holiday resort of Costa Rei - with its variety of shops, restaurants and bars. The attractive Garden Beach Resort is Sardinian managed and is made up of 130 rooms, half of which are reserved exclusively for Mark Warner guests.
Garden Beach Resort Accommodation:
The accommodation is in terraced bungalows scattered around the gardens and built in traditional style with colour wash and stone rendering. The rooms are well decorated, all have terraces, air conditioning, fridge, satellite television, telephone, safes and en-suite shower rooms.
Garden Beach Resort Dining:
Dining is on a half board basis with breakfast and dinner taken in the main open-air restaurant "La Bahia", which offers sumptuous buffets and grills serving local and international dishes. At lunchtime there is an extensive buffet on offer or alternatively salads, sandwiches and pizza are available at the Sunset restaurant overlooking the beach. In the evenings, this restaurant offers an à la carte menu at a supplement and naturally some of the best sunset views on the island. Lunch and snacks are paid for locally.
It is an option to upgrade to Full Board dining.
There are two swimming pools, the main pool and the separate children's pool, but most popular is the long sandy beach with crystal clear water just perfect for swimming. For the more energetic there is tennis, a full programme of fitness activities including spin bikes. Mountain bikes are available for hire. Keen sailors enjoy good conditions here for windsurfing and sailing, with calmer wind in the morning, slowly building through the day for more challenging conditions in the afternoon.
