This 5-night safari visits a contrasting trio of parks, the Aberdares, Lake Naivasha and finally three nights in the world-famous Masai Mara. Witness incredible wildlife including; elephants, lions, cheetahs, Grevy’s zebras, giraffes, gerenuks, buffaloes, oryx, gazelles, dik diks and waterbucks. The river forest attracts a wide variety of birds.

Day 1 Thursday – Aberdares

On arrival at the Somak Safari Lounge, you can freshen up and store any additional luggage before departing for the Aberdares (180 km). Arrive in time for lunch at the Aberdare Country Club. After lunch continue to Ark Lodge. The afternoon is at leisure as you relax on the deck overlooking the waterhole.
Meals : Lunch and Dinner

Day 2 Friday – Lake Naivasha

Drive to Lake Naivasha (220 kms) one of the Great Rift Valley Lakes, where over 450 species of birds have been recorded. Arrive in time for lunch. Afternoon enjoy a boat ride on the Lake.
Meals : Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner

Day 3 Saturday – Masai Mara

Drive to the magnificent Masai Mara (270 km), home to countless animal species including the ‘big five’ and a multitude of plains game. Lunch at your lodge followed by an afternoon game drive.

Days 4 & 5 Sunday & Monday – Masai Mara

Two full days in the magnificent Masai Mara with morning and afternoon game drives. An early morning balloon safari over the Mara followed by a ‘bubbly’ bush breakfast can be done in place of one of the morning game drive (optional extra charge). The rest of the time is at leisure to relax.
Meals : Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner

Day 6 Tuesday – Depart

After breakfast drive to Nairobi (335 km – approximately 5 hours), or fly from the Masai Mara to Nairobi – morning flight or lunch in the Masai Mara and afternoon flight (optional extra – price on request).
